Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, MatchPicks iOS uygulamasının ("uygulama") hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu Ali Alperen Atıcı'dır. İletişim: matchpickapp@gmail.com

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap: Uygulama sana anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği atar. "Apple ile Giriş" kullanırsan Apple'ın verdiği kimlik ile, paylaşmayı seçersen adın ve e-posta adresin (Apple'ın gizli e-posta adresi de olabilir) alınır.
Uygulama içeriği: Kaydettiğin tahminler ve kuponlar, takip ettiğin maçlar, davet kodları ve bildirim tercihlerin. Toplulukla paylaştığın kuponlar, görünen adınla birlikte diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir.
Yapay zekâ sohbeti: Sohbete yazdığın sorular, cevap üretmek için sunucumuz üzerinden Google Gemini'ye (yedek olarak Groq'a) iletilir. Günlük kullanım sınırı için sayaç tutulur.
Satın almalar: Ödemeleri Apple işler. Kart bilgilerini görmeyiz. Abonelik durumun RevenueCat aracılığıyla anonim bir kullanıcı kimliğiyle doğrulanır.
Kullanım ve teşhis: Uygulamayı geliştirmek ve hataları bulmak için Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics ve Performance Monitoring ile ekran görüntüleme, etkileşim, çökme ve performans verileri toplanır. Microsoft Clarity, kullanılabilirlik sorunlarını görmek için ekranların nasıl kullanıldığını (dokunma, kaydırma, ekran geçişleri) kaydeder.
Bildirimler: Bildirimlere izin verirsen Firebase Cloud Messaging bir cihaz belirteci (token) oluşturur. Dil ve takip ettiğin maçlar bildirim konusu olarak kaydedilir.
Reklamlar: Ücretsiz kullanıcılar isterlerse ödüllü bir reklam izleyerek ek hak kazanabilir. Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir. AdMob, reklam sunmak, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için cihaz bilgileri, IP adresi ve reklam etkileşimi gibi verileri işleyebilir. Uygulama "Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı" (ATT) izni istemez, bu nedenle cihazının reklam kimliği (IDFA) paylaşılmaz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan reklam için Google'ın onay formuyla izin istenir.

2. Verileri ne için kullanıyoruz

Uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak: günlük analizler, başarı karnesi, kupon ve takip listeleri, cihazlar arası eşitleme.
Bildirim göndermek (tahminler hazır olduğunda, takip ettiğin maç sonuçlandığında).
Aboneliği ve satın alımları doğrulamak.
Hataları gidermek, performansı ve kullanım kolaylığını iyileştirmek.
Reklam göstermek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.

Kişisel verilerini satmıyoruz.

3. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Veriler yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlar için şu sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır. Her biri kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir:

Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, sunucu işlevleri, analiz, çökme raporları, bildirimler): firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye dışındaki (ör. AB ve ABD) sunucularda işleyebilir. Uygulamanın sunucu işlevleri Avrupa'da (Belçika) çalışır.

4. Saklama ve silme

Verilerin hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını uygulamada Profil → Hesabı Sil ile istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Silme talebi için e-posta da gönderebilirsin. Toplulukla paylaşılan kuponlar uygulama içinden kaldırılabilir. Analiz ve reklam sağlayıcılarının tuttuğu veriler kendi saklama sürelerine tabidir.

5. Hakların

Bulunduğun ülkenin mevzuatına göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR) verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakların vardır. Talepler için matchpickapp@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

6. Çocuklar

MatchPicks 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

7. Önemli not

MatchPicks bahis hizmeti sunmaz. İçerikler yalnızca bilgi amaçlıdır ve sonuç garantisi vermez.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what data the MatchPicks iOS app ("the app") processes and why. The developer and data controller is Ali Alperen Atıcı. Contact: matchpickapp@gmail.com

1. Data we collect

Account: The app assigns you an anonymous user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address).
App content: Picks and slips you save, matches you follow, referral codes and notification preferences. Slips you share with the community are shown to other users together with your display name.
AI chat: Questions you type into the chat are sent through our server to Google Gemini (with Groq as a fallback) to generate an answer. A counter is kept for the daily usage limit.
Purchases: Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your card details. Your subscription status is verified through RevenueCat using an anonymous user ID.
Usage and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring collect screen views, interactions, crash and performance data so we can improve the app and fix bugs. Microsoft Clarity records how screens are used (taps, scrolls, screen changes) so we can find usability problems.
Notifications: If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a device token. Your language and followed matches are stored as notification topics.
Ads: Free users may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn extra uses. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device information, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form.

2. How we use data

To provide the app's features: daily analyses, track record, slips and tracking lists, sync across devices.
To send notifications (when picks are ready, when a followed match ends).
To verify subscriptions and purchases.
To fix bugs and improve performance and usability.
To show ads and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers

Data is shared only with the following providers for the purposes above. Each one has its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, server functions, analytics, crash reports, notifications): firebase.google.com/support/privacy

These providers may process data on servers outside your country (e.g. in the EU and the US). The app's server functions run in Europe (Belgium).

4. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or ask for deletion by email. Slips you shared with the community can be removed in the app. Data held by analytics and ad providers is subject to their own retention periods.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, KVKK), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Send requests to matchpickapp@gmail.com.

6. Children

MatchPicks is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Note

MatchPicks is not a betting service. Content is for information only and no outcome is guaranteed.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
